I am a strategic design leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, UX governance, and persuasion engineering for global Fortune 500 organizations such as American Express, Disney, Novartis, Abbott Laboratories, Walgreens, Eli Lilly, ADP, Warner Bros, Nielsen IQ, Discovery, KeyBank, Mazda, PSA Group, Nokia, and many others.

Leadership, for me, is not about title — it is about ownership. I take responsibility for outcomes, people, process, and long-term impact. I lead by combining structured thinking with creative direction, ensuring that business strategy and user-centered design work together instead of competing.

Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams across Product, Design, and Engineering.

At Cognizant, I led a team of six associates for the end-to-end responsive redesign of the American Express UK ecosystem. I managed design and development across Android, iPhone, iPad, and web platforms. The result was the launch of the first responsive site in the UK market, significantly improving cross-device engagement.

At Harman Connected Services, I scaled operations by mentoring a high-performance design team while leading UX strategy for Ellucian, a global leader in higher education technology. I unified fragmented student workflows into a seamless mobile-first responsive platform.

For AstraZeneca, I led a high-stakes design overhaul that retained a multimillion-dollar account and earned the "Oscar" Award for Best Design at Cognizant.
