me+ App Dashboard Use Case

Action Center
Surfaces time-sensitive tasks and reminders so patients know exactly what needs attention right now.
Primary Actions
Provides access to the two most frequently used modules: hydration logging and pouch changes directly from the dashboard.
Explore
Organizes supporting modules like learning, movement, reports, and nutrition, Free Sample and Ostomy me+ for deeper care beyond daily routines.

Problem
Pouch-change steps weren't easily accessible during an emergency. Eg: Pouch leakage in public places.
Design
Added a persistent dashboard help button with an 8-step video sheet.
Impact
Delivers instant guidance, reducing stress and errors during care.

Problem
Daily Logging activities was time consuming and often skipped during busy or stressful moments.
Design
Introduced a Quick Add button for fast hydration and pouch change logs with essential fields only.
Impact
Enables quick, low-effort logging in the moment, with flexibility to add more details later in the respective modules.
Pouch Change Use Case
Guides:
8 step video and Illustrations to guide the user through a pouch change

Option to skip the guides and directly start logging in the pouch change dashboard.

Problem
Messy hands made precise taps unusable during pouch changes.
Design
Adopted a reel-style, swipe-based flow between the 8 videos with large touch areas
Impact
Allows hands-free or elbow-friendly navigation and uninterrupted, in-the-moment guidance.
